- 12% HST (tax) will be added to all prices
- All rates are quoted in Canadian funds
- To the funds other then CAD$ foreign currency cash exchange margin of 4% will be added to rates
- We except cash or certified cheque
- Bookings fully reserved only with 50%prepayment (the balance payable at arrival)
- Minimum two nights booking
- Additional a hide-a-bed is available for one/two adult/children for extra charge of $15.00/person
- Check-in Time: 04:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Breakfast is served between 07:00 AM and 10:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require 15 days advance notice for full refund less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 15 days notice may result in a refund if we are successful in rebooking the room. Failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation or departure prior to the last date of the reservation is subject to full payment for all nights reserved. We will do our best to re-rent the suite and we will reimburse you for any nights that we are able to rebook. Please call your local agent for trip cancellation insurance to cover you in the event of an unexpected delay or cancellation in your travel plans.
